WED AND THURSDAY I WAITED IN THE DRIVE THROUGHT FOR ABOUT 10 MIN. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I PLAN MY MORNING DRIVE TO WORK SO THAT I AM AT WORK 15-20 BEFORE MY SHIFT BEGINS, BOTH DAYS I WAS CLOSE TO BEING LATE. IN THE MORNINGS BETWEEN 7-730 AM, DON'T PUT NEW PEOPLE ON SHIFT. NOT ONLY DID I WAIT IN THE LINEUP, WHEN I GOT UP TO THE WINDOW, MY SAUSAGE BREAKFAST SANDWICH WASN'T EVEN READY AND THAT TOOK ANOTHER FEW MIN WAITING FOR THAT. BE RESPECTFUL OF PEOPLE'S TIME IN THE MORNING PLEASE.

Ahh very weird place. I was in the drive thru and ordered a chilli and the girl at the window gave me a straight look for like 5 secs. I again went there to get a cup of tea and everyone were staring at me like i was something weird. And yea the bag they gave me chilli was dirty. The old lady at cash was very nice and friendly.

Typical Tim Hortons experience. Asked for 2 peanut butter on the side got one. Had to go ask for second. Bagel itself was alittle darker then I usually like. But you know what, it's a fast food problem in general. To much going on and expected to do it in a timely manner. Obviously mistakes will happen. If I wanted perfection I'd just eat at home.

Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. There was 7 people behind the counter. They talk more than they serve the customer. They think handing out a free coffee coupon is enough for their laziness. Never prepared food wise. Cashiers are sharp and quick getting coffee

Was rlly nice to the staff, I ordered a creamy chocolate chill and I got a creamy smoothie mix chill(no or little chocolate ) and I asked nicely if she could add more because the drink requires 4 shots and not one and they tried to charge me extra for a properly made drink solid 2 stars from me

Went through the drive though and the lady taking the order was taking too long to respond to me. After receiving my food i realized that the order was messed up. I was not satisfied with my experience.

I have given this location more chances than the average person would. I keep thinking they will improve their staff. I definitely understand training takes time. But yet again they have not. Cold food by the time I actually got it.

Due to health issues I haven't been going out much at all, so my husband gets me my ice coffee every morning. It was amazingly made the first few times then after that they just stopped putting the sugar in. We ask for no cream because I cannot have dairy. Because of not being able to go out often this is one of my only joys I have to look forward to in the morning. Finally he started asking for extra sugar on the side so I can do it myself if it tastes like there's no sugar. Today he asked for some in some on the side, I literally cannot taste my coffee, all I taste is sweetness. Can you guys please start making it properly so I can go back to enjoying my morning ice coffees?
