staff is too rude.

Great atmosphere and good quality food!

The people at this drive through are sometimes so incompetent, not only did they have to charge me separately for the 2 drinks I ordered, they also gave me someone else's breakfast instead of the blueberry muffin I asked for despite her clearly asking the runner to get a blueberry muffin when I paid.Additionally the line cooks either cannot read or they are immune to large letters because who the hell puts tomatoes in an order that clearly says NO TOMATOES

Today I had the privilege of being served by an individual who defined what customer service truly is. The gentleman's name was "John"; John was flawless from start to finish. The way he greeted, the way he took down orders and wished me a great day. Honestly, he sets a welcoming tone from the second you step in. Such a hard working man deserves to be retained at all costs. To that I say Thank You John, you are a great person and never stop smiling brother!

Bad drive through experience. Order messed up completely.

This place is okay, I don't know if they were busy or understaffed, but many tables weren't clean. Aside from stains on the tables, there were tissues on the table and crums from the previous patrons. I didn't have anything because I was there with company whom had some stuff. That's why I gave the rating I did.
