Went in around 9:30 tonight. Pretty steady volume of customers. Staff were courteous, friendly, helpful, and quick. In particular, Kat seemed to be on top of everything. Taking care of customers, and doing cleaning / upkeep in between. She didn't stand still for a second! I can tell she is the resident superstar. Very impressive. I will definitely be back.

Decent amount of sitting room. The drive through can get busy in peak hours. The staff I've encountered has been very friendly.

Good service, nice customer service, great coffee! Didn’t like that you have to ask to go in to the washroom but I understand with the area. Overall, really enjoyed my experience and would like to revisit:)

Got the perfect Dark roast double double nice and hot and made just right. Other timmies should take note I believe my server was Julie friendly service aswell.

This is the only worth while Tim Horton's to go to in London. I visit this location almost every day and I am always greeted kindly and most importantly my order is always correct. The staff is very friendly and quick. The service is exceptional with their speediness. All the other staff at every other Tim Horton's in London needs to come to this location to be properly trained. Consistency is key and this place gets it!

I wanted a coffee and I was on my pedal bike. I can't go inside? A man in front of me was on a scooter and got served but I was denied? That makes no sense to me? I think you need to change your policies. Won't be returning to Tim Hortons on Horton.

I went in all polite, good morning and all and ordered an iced capp with milk. My stomach can't handle the cream. When I paid the lady I noticed it was made with cream and she was trying to rush me. I asked politely if it was made with milk, THEY said yes. They clearly LIED. It was made with cream. This was not the first time. PLEASE take the time to CHECK your orders.
