If you are ever in Toronto area you have to stop by this Tim Hortons. It is a must see tourist destination, as it is nationally acclaimed as the slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. I had a good talk with Bill, a barista who just started working there. He was cool, and let me take a picture of him for this review. Grab a coffee from here if you are ever in Toronto-Pearson!

Easily the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. They don't do mobile orders. They don't scan Tim's points cards. Proudly featuring the French toast sandwich on their menu but didn't have any. No poppy seed bagels. No chocolate milk. Asked for crispy bacon and it was super raw. And the best part, we waited 15 mins after we ordered to get the food!

Worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. Stood in line for 40 minutes, which is unheard of as Timmies usually has incredibly fast and efficient service all across the country, and since it's in an airport, quick service matters. Understaffed, with slow-moving staff with poor customer service (borderline rude) that made several mistakes. The place was also a bit dirty and had me questioning its hygiene. Definitely not an example of the fine Tim Horton's establishment I love.

Sorry guys, this is not cheese curds on my poutine 🙁. At least the gravy is tasty and the iced capp is good.

Tim Hortons at Gate 80 in Terminal 1 left a lot to be desired. Had to return our order twice for things like sandwich english muffins not being toasted or missing ingredients.

Standing in line while the people behind the counter slowly walk around without any care in the world. I guess during the interview process, the only question is;"Can you stand?" "Yes!""Perfect you're hired."

Coffee was hot, line moved quickly. What you’d expect from Tim’s.

Can't go wrong with Tim Horton's. I may have a bias here because I love their coffee and apple fritters. While waiting for a flight it is always great to be able to grab a quick coffee and a snack. There is something about familiarity that makes you feel comfortable, safe and at home. Tim Horton's and their staff are always able to make that happen.
