One of the worst Tim's locations in the city. The staff made my food order incorrectly 3 times... It was two toasted bagels and cream cheese... When I asked her politely to check my receipt she didn't want to. Horrible service.

Neat place to get a quick bite to eat and a cool drink for a small amount of money

This Tim Hortons is one of the worst in the city. I asked for a mixed berry smoothy and a white bun with herb and garlic cream cheese. They got my order wrong and the cashier had the audacity to argue with me like a child. The smoothy wasnt mixed well as you can see and when I walked in there was no one else but me as a customer and there were at least 3 people I counted behind the cash, however, all the tables either had crumbs on them or were down right dirty. Very rude customer service and dirty tables does not the reflect the Tims I know.

Fast service.... delicious coffee and chicken sandwich

After the second time I've had my order stolen, I won't be going back to this store ever again. One staff actually told me "that's life." after not calling out my order identifying properly.

They are normally okay however nothing stellar and then my last experience with them has left me cautious of ordering anything other than a tea. I ordered potato wedges and got a cup of them that had clearly been the discard of a batch - I managed to eat one small wedge and the rest were so hard I couldn't manage. They should be throwing those out instead of letting them sit and wait for somebody to think they are acceptable and hand them to a customer.

almost all the staff there are rude and ignorant. They make mistakes then give you attitude when you mention it. VERY disappointing about the service I received from the staff including one of the managers. Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation, she made me look like a liar in front of a whole line up. Never going back and I called head office about it. I am at Tim's at least 3 times a day and on average I spend $3-$10 each time as have 3 kids. I love the Tims on Conroy and walkley.

Clean, and gracious customer service

Same as usual. Coffee great. Staff slow and cared more about gossiping about sex than serving customer.

Great location, service and environment. Enjoy my time everytime I am here!

Busy but quick

It's OK I guess although their coffee is starting to taste watered down lately. There are better options out there...

Very nice people working here. They're quiet and polite and fast. The store is small but usually busy.
