Tim Hortons

Was at the drive through last night at 11:05, I thought it was closed, the employee had me sitting there, never said a word as far as “just a moment please” indicating they were open. Minutes later, I decided to drive up to check. Unbelievably open! Where’s the customer service? Without an apology. Why work with the public if you cannot deal properly with them? No hello, No please, no thank you, not a word. And the person that I am, I still remained Courteous. You obviously saw me on the camera lady! As busy as you may be, you could have said something! And the 2 stars are for my order!

Like all all of them super dirty don't use bathroom dirty

They never get an order right, the employees lack communication amongst themselves and are worried about their timing so they run around like chickens with no heads ... always ..pas fort ...

No doughnuts left. It's a doughnut store..

Great place, although they forgot the bacon in my wrap...

Good coffee at a good price. Rated higher because of great service recieved at this location.

I call tim hortons recup time in the morning who doesn't love coffee in the morning.

Extremely slow drive-thru service. Waited 12 minutes for a coffee at 5:15 a.m.

The people working here are great, but the state of the parking lot and drive through is absolutely disgusting. Their is a pothole at the entrance of the drive through that is so deep that everyone with a car hits and damages their front bumper, their is a pothole soo deep in the middle of the parking lot that's been there since this winter that is so big a dog could swim in it, one of your clients had to take a traffic cone off the street to make people aware. We had to take it upon ourselves to get spraypaint and circle all the holes in the parking lot. Last thing it's three years that I frequent this Tim Hortons and there's years that the toilet in the men's bathroom is defective and does not flush, the sensor on the wall needs to be smacked and punched. Take care of your facilities it is embarrassing that their are people drinking their coffee outside watching car after car destroy their bumpers and rims

Awful service , she kept giving us this uncomfortable stares , and when the order was ready she just threw it and didn't even say a word !

this place is good for drinks like coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks, but to be honest, the food isn't the best at Tim Hortons.

Drive through service is extremely slow, employees are completely lost. God forbid i get what i ask for.

Very good service by Matt & Jess at 4 am.

Always get my coffee here and it's always just the way I like it.
