I asked my husband to get me a bagel ftom Tim Hortons, and this is what I get people. A burned bagel that ruined my breakfast ruined my day. Dear 1084 Islington Ave staff! If u made a mistake, doesnt mean I will eat that mistake. Very disappointed.

RUDE and SLOW staff. 17 minutes now I'm waiting in the drive through. I ask the girl why is it taking so long she said "shut up and relax" and now I'm late for work along with the 10 other cars in drive through. The girl at the window refused to give me her name or her supervisors. Total took me 22 minutes to get a coffee!

Kind a slow now. I think tim horton tying to cut cost so cashier have to make the drink as well, this holding up on line. Making is slower to moved. Attendants doesnt smile or greet customer. Service is going down for sure. Is such a shame, for canadian own business they should make this better for canadians. All over tim hortom are the same now.

The visit was good. Staff is friendly, place is clean. The only issue is they now started closing midnight and after 12 am only drive thru is open.

the caramel filled donut was falsely advertised. the kit kats atop the donut were poorly distributed and the donut was filled with custard, not caramel.
