I ordered a Club A la Tim trio and a large Ice cap as I always do. They asked me if I wanted toasted. Yes!!! then he hands me an ice cap thats filled almost to the tip top of the cup. Insane !!! Then the guy turns around and asked me if I wanted my sandwich to be cut in half. Yes I do!!! It’s the little things in life that determines the quality of service. This is one of the elite Tim Horton’s.

Not a place to go if you want fast service, and also the right order.

Service is decent but young staff easily overwhelmed by just a few orders...
