There are many people, so they are busy and there are various types of drinks and food. However, the interior is often dirty due to the large number of guests, and the restroom maintenance is poor.

If my rating would still show on google with a 0 STAR that would be my rating for this place! Customer service is clearly not a thing here as you can see by the other reviews, after watching them make my food and not change there gloves or touch my food with no gloves on i felt sick, not to mention the wasps and flys that fly around the baked good section is other reason i felt sick at my recent trip to this Tim Horton, the people working at this location make fun of customers and are just RUDE! Tim Hortons and the owners of this location should really take some time to reevaluate what this place delivers to its paying customers !

ZERO stars for the location at 370 Steeles slow and absolute no guest service skills. As I waited for service with no one else in line, when the person came to the cash, someone else came in and she took their order. So I waited again and sure enough when she handed him his coffee she took an order from someone else who had come in. This location is always slow, but they have achieved a new level of sad performance.

Tim's is one og favorite places, lately I find they Do Not care about the quality and quantity of the foods. A yogurt that I had this morning, there was only 4 spoons of yogurt in it before it was full now its almost in the bottom, last week a break fast sandwich can not believe my self what's going on, I spoke with my colleagues and clients they also seen this issue... I am a happy Canadian Tims is our National product don't want to lose you !!

Quantity over Quality!!! I must say I was very disappointed. I had a friend who gave me a $20 gift card so I thought I try a breakfast sandwich. Now I do not know what the yellow substance was. I thought it was egg but never had an egg taste like that. Tasteless Even the english muffin tasteless. Like a fool I went the next dat to try the waffle. I will let the picture speak for it self. I will never go to a Tim Horton's again

Excellent: everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and tomato. Nice service, pleasant setting with armchairs- if you are lucky.

I would honestly rate this place 0 stars if I could. Ordered a steep tea double double and they forgot to add the sugar. No problem, I understand making 2 drinks with an empty drive through line can be a difficult task /s.Drove the tea from my house back to the store and asked for another one but she said no and only added the sugar. INTO THE TEA THAT WASN'T EVEN HOT ANYMORE. The review below was entirely correct - service is a POS and there was no one in the drive through line.

One of the worst Tim Hortons branch locations, BY FAR. Dont expect any customer service, I have seen workers belittle and make fun of customers. Workers truly dont care here, and very often get orders wrong, even when clearly told. Seriously, skip this place as there are plenty of Tim Hortons in this city.

They forgot my timbits and bottled drink and charged me for it. The guy next to also literally had to wait 20 minutes to get his breakfast sandwich.

Very peaceful and lovely environment

A place for carbs sugar and fatty foods. Not a healthy choice.

It is a very good place to study at. Spacious and well-lit place with quite many tables with power plugs. There are several free parking spots. Nice and smiley staff. The only negative thing was that it took like five minuets for them to come take the order.
