I haven't had a Tim Hortons that isn't busy most of the day. However, they always get people through in a timely fashion. Coffee is always fresh and hot. They always have a good assortment of sandwiches and desserts, soups and chili to satisfy the desires of most customers. If you haven't ever been try it out today. :-)

Speaking of iced caps is what brings me to strike 3. I went in to order an iced cap. They took my debit payment and then made me wait 5 minutes before telling me they couldn't make iced caps today. While they did give me my money back I was very inconvenienced and disappointed. That being said I will never go back to this location again. I'd rather go to Starbucks across the street; the prices are pretty close these days.
