Tim Hortons

One of worst Tim horton. Order one medium french vanilla and ask them to make half coffee and half French vanilla in. But they charged one medium French vanilla and one medium coffee as well. Seriously? Other Tim horton always charged only one medium French vanilla amount for this customized coffee. And when I ask cashier he told me it is our rule! They have to charge tow coffee! Thank you cashier! I never hear that kind of answer from other Tim Horton!

Fast and friendly service

As per usual I spend the money to have an extra large french vanilla and by the time the froth goes down it's like a half a cup do you not think they would take the time to make sure you got a full cup of coffee especially for what they charge I don't mind paying what is chokes me up when I open the cup and less the froth it's a half a cup

Will take u 5 minutes to get a coffee when you are 3rd in line with 5 people working up front. A bunch of slow, inefficient, workers here i tell ya.

Nice and clean place very good customer service. Night crew Kris and Ren are great when it comes to service. Will definitely keep going to this location.

Me and my wife are daily customers in Tim Hortons in Sidney B.C.Students taking up most of the seating and not buying anything. Seems to be more of a hangout spot than a restaurant. Can't the managers enforce some kind of time limit or minimum charge? This is a busy location. Time for a larger establishment with a proper drive thru.

Slow service but good coffee.

Not great. Steeped tea at the drive through was about 2.5" down from where it should have been. Staff likes to use a cup to pour into my tefil cup but don't want to fill it too much so they don't spill. If I wanted a medium I would order a medium!

Literally the worst Timmy's on southern Vancouver Island... After a month of visiting everyday I have to say that this store completly lacks consistency.. not one single visit have I left this store satisfied.

Great! Been there many times & they always do a good job

This location seems to suffer from lack of staff. Must have high turnover. Service is average at best. However, it is Tim Hortons, and if you are looking for simple and plain this is the place to go.

On October 25th, when the ferries were a mess and a ton of people were stranded, the staff working were wonderful and very understanding.

This Tim's was never the best but it seems to have gone down hill even more lately. Short staffed all the time and there is one newer staff member, possibly Asian with bleached hair and earrings that is very unfriendly. He doesn't smile, barely talks and is argumentative if a customer says the order is wrong. I've seen this a few times.This Tim's is very often out of things and the restaurant is usually less than clean. Not a great place to go at all!
