I go to this Tim's every day before work. It has its good days and it's bad days. Most of the staff is really great and friendly. We can tell when our normal crew isn't there because there's usually a long wait, but when the dream team is working it's fast, and the orders are less likely to be messed up. We pass 3 other Tim's to get to this one before because of the customer service we get.
