Tim Hortons

The lady at the cash gave me one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. If she wasn't being paid to be nice I might have fallen in love lol.4 stars because the sandwich I got was not spread out enough I had way too many bites that were just bread.

This is the slowest and most incompetent Tim Hortons in town. They are unable to understand others correctly and work at such an incredibly slow pace. Be prepared to spend at least 10-15 minutes to order.

One of the worst Tim Horton in Montreal. Dirty, poor service, arrogant cashiers. Everytime I get the cashier with the hijab being rude or no manners or unfriendly. Typical North African behavior when it relates to women and men that's not their husbands. Volitale and rude people. This Tim Horton is own by a Canadian I'm suprised he doesnt care about his store. If you visit any Tim Horton outside of Montreal/Laval the Tim Hortons are so much better run then here. Here it's just minorities with bad behaviours.

Good customer service & has the best selection of all the Tim's in the area.

That Timy has good choice of snack with hot beverages and very kind and polite staff.

I love Tim Hortons. They have good tea. There is a controversy surrounding there roll up the rim contest though. Get it right Timmy's. Your reputation is rolling around in the snow.

Lovely place to get a coffee. Only thing that they could work on is taking orders in English.

The employees at this Tim Hortons make me laugh, but not in a good way. They don't listen. I've had my order taken down correctly and incorrectly and they'll hand me the wrong order. Then it's my fault I didn't know they were out of items. The service is very slow and it's just overall annoying to go there. Just order a coffee if you must go there. Don't complicate your life. And I've noticed that many Tim's in Montreal are like this. The airport is the worst! The two locations at guy metro are very good.

Cheap people ,I paid for 20 Tim bit she had only 19, I told her to replace20 th by a cookie, she said it more expensive than she went in back for few minute and came she with a Brite solution,15 Tim bit and 1 cookie instead of ,I left with the 19 timbit...

Very old, dirty restaurant. I wouldn't recommend to friends and family

they never have any donuts left if you go there after 4pm!!! it's always empty! they seem to be always understaff. what drives me crazy is that they dont wash their hands after cleaning the tables and emptying the garbage. i even saw one of the girls sweeping the floor and then serving the customers without washing her hands! YIKES🤢 for these reasons, i would not go back here

Place is falling apart. Water leaking from hole in the roof. Tables were all dirty. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry Tim horton.
