Poor quality of everything, at least the staff is friendly but wow, not really their fault and people get mad at the staff for something that is completely out of their own control.

Great staff/manager and really fast service! Never been at a line up at the drive through, not even at rush hour in the morning.

They don't even open on time. I went there at 6.30 am and they said they were not open, Google says they are open 24 hours.

Horrible service. Employees answer me in English when I speak to them in French. Old Mrs. Sylvie looks her coke 24/7 and gambols everywhere while making my drink. Not even an allo or a bye.

This Tim Hortons is literally 2 mins from my house and I pass by it every time I go out to work. The staff is friendly but lazy, the location is convenient, but the place often very dirty. Every time I enter the store (morning or night) there is always leftover trash sitting on the tables or on the floor (yes the customers should clean after themselves but not everyone does) and everyone can clearly see that they do not clean their kitchen area as well... Also, the timbits/bagels/muffins are never re-filled and they don't seem to have any of the newly advertised foods. Nowadays, I pretend I never noticed this Tim Hortons and purposely go to a better one further away.

Bad service. That afghan girl who serve me was so disrespectful. I asked for a tim glace with a vanilla shot instead of regular sugar and that girl just laughed at me. She made me felt like I was stupid and then she said so you want a regular tim glace.. I repeated several time what i wanted she said okay at the end, but when the worker who were in charge of doing the coffee asked her what i wanted, she just said a normal tim glace..Thankfully that worker double checked with me.She honestly didnt know her stuff.The workers should make sure their stuff before judging.
