No one inside yet still a 10+ minute wait at the drive though with a few car lineup at 5:15pm , when they should expect it to be somewhat busy . Not to mention this location has a horrible selection and are often missing things

Waited a good 3-4 minutes watching employees talk to each other before someone came to the cash. They had limited choice of snacks in the stand at 9h45 am on a week day. Disappointing.

ok, but the prices are getting high for a donut shop. its trying to do too much and has raised the prices on the basics too high. Watch for specials and coupons, but too high for everyday.

Been there quite a few times, service is always slowww both on the drive thru and counter. Limited selection on the pastries each time and they're never fresh. Never service with a smile, overall worst Tim's I've been to in Canada.

I went and ordered 2 wraps. This south east Asian worker served me. I gave the lady a 1$ tip. She didn't give me a bag for my wrap, nor thank you or hi. The wraps were all broken. I just hope the chicken was cooked because it was cold and the cheese slice was still cold solid like if out of the fridge. This Tim Horton joint has terrible customer service. Thankfully there's other Tim's around the neighbourhood.

Not my favourite Tim Hortons at all1) Always out of stock2) Many mistakes with my orders must check my bag and what's in my order ALWAYSOver the past few months i've seen new staff so hopefully things will change for the better or maybe new management is needed More negative than positive visits (I mainly go through drive-through)

First the coffee isn’t fresh, second the wait at the drive-thru was so long and third the service is just HORRIBLE. Those employees don’t know anything about customer service. Very disappointed, not going back to this location.

Bagels! I just want a toasted bagel. How hard can that be???This time I even explained that I wanted it 'toasted' enough so that the butter melted. Geez Louise. Didnt make a difference. But this time she only dabbed the butter on so I could barely see if the butter was melted or not.The quality at Tim Hortons has steadily gone downhill. So sad.

Consitenly a super fast and efficient drive through window. Don't fooled by the long line it's moves quickly. A great place to stop on your morning commute.
