Food and drinks were fine but both employees were outside smoking while we ordered through the drive thru. When we got to the window, we waited for them to finish their cigarettes and then they went in to complete our order. Also they had a friend there visiting whose car was parked in the drive thru exit so we needed to back up to get out of the drive thru line.

A typical Tim Horton's restaurant. Coffee is good. Service is hit or miss depending on who's waiting on you. This particular restaurant could be a little cleaner, but I've seen much worse. It's located in a rough section of town so be careful at night time.

Ordered today (5/8/20) at the drive thru, with a coupon. Order wasn't right at first, but was fixed at the window. Thanks to everyone there. I drive thru here on occasion and the food and service have always been good.

I stopped going to Tim Horton's a while back because of the overall service was terrible, especially the Livingston and Parson store and Wilson rd was even worse. But today was a great experience. Staff was friendly and courteous and even though they were busy they were fast. Will be.going back
