Ordered diner (tomato soup and a chicken sandwich) through the drive thru. When I got up to the window the cashier asked if I ordered turkey club I stated, no I ordered the chicken club. She responded, right you got chicken...after a 8 minute wait at the drive thru my food was delivered. I went to work and opened my lunch and... you guessed it turkey not chicken.., I’m done at this spot.

This is so unfortunate bc the customer service was decent this time. Last time I went I just drove off bc the staff looked dirty and I didn’t want the food! But today the young man was upbeat and nice but My tea was given to me with out a sleeve so I asked him to put one on the cup he did so! But I get to work the tea was ice cold and the donut was rock hard! And then when I called there no one picked up the phone and I kept calling they said oh well it’s cold outside it cooled off the Tea!!!! Wait so 3 mins in my car cooled off the tea! I understand you don’t have to be a genius to work there or most places but don’t try to insult my intelligence you little Condescending irresponsible non-task for filling individual! No longer will I go there! Staff hygiene a -0 products awful!

Got Timbits at this location for my first ever visit to Tim Hortons and the Timbits taste it like they were 100 year's old!! Co-workers thought the same thing!!! What ever happened to serving freshly baked goods!🤮

Good breakfast sandwiches along with french vanilla coffee.

Very rude. Asked what drinks espresso comes in and they responded with “you can put espresso in any drink”.

Poor customer service ... Followed up a a long wait .

For only 2 cars in the drive-through it took over 10 minutes to get our orders

The young lady at the window was personable and professional.

Why is your hot water cold? I didn’t ask for water to wash my hands

I took my teenage granddaughter in there to assist her in getting her final paycheck after she tried for over a month.
