Inside the Empress Walk Loblaws. Service is friendly but a bit slow. Very convenient if you want to grab a coffee before doing your grocery shopping .

Honestly the worst Tim Horton's I've been to. I'd rate lower if I could. Every single time I come to this location it's a mess. No structure, no sense of urgency or organization. It is very apparent that no one on the team knows how to take leadership or handle a line. Most times I've come here I've been the second or third in line and somehow I end up waiting 10 minutes for one drink. Today for example, I placed my order for one drink and watched as the team frantically ran around giving the 3 people after me all of their orders. I had to get their attention to remind them of my order.The standard here is so bad. I don't understand how they don't go through yearly or regular audits. This kind of poor service should have been noticed by now.
