Tim Hortons

IWell.. I'm a regular Sun Customet and the service has been fairly quick. BUT - I'd say over the last 4-5 weeks the service has been VERY slow.... I'm sitting here right now. I'm on my break which has been wasted waiting in line, finally getting to place my order, then standing around watching other people be served before me when I ordered oatmeal.. I found myself actually calling out "Sorry but, could I please have my oatmeal now??" This was after waiting for several minutes. Seems like there's NO Manager on site to help. And seems like Drive-Thru is a higher priority. THAT'S poor Customer Service. Half my break has been used up just waiting. They need to improve their service..

Good variety and kind personnel

The Quality of the food and service is Amazing. Would give a 100 star if I could. I travel all the from Scarborough skipping 10 Tim hotons closer to home come here Truly awesome

This Tim Hortons is located on Leslie St. right by the Galatis Super Market and by the Library in the complex Mall. It is one of the BEST Timmi's around. Excellent food and customer service.

I have been purchasing from this Time Hortons for 11 years and theyMay have got one order correct inThe past 11 years. I just came fromThere now and asked for a plain Bagel double toasted with regular Cream cheese and when I got homeIt was not toasted at all. Beware ofThis Location as they never get yourOrder correct. I have spoke to the Franchise owner and head office aboutThis and nothing has changed.

Tim Hortons is okay. It needs to be kept cleaner. It used to be alot different. I guess new owners the quality us not the same. It is small and gets crowded very fast. Not a great selection of baked goods.

Super slow service. Would be faster to drive to the next nearest timmies than to wait in their line.
