Excellent service and wonderful people

I went to this location ,while I was looking at the pastries , I noticed fruit flies all in the patries , I informed an associate she fanned the pastries. The flies were still their when I left, no attempt was made to dispose of the products, which I think is disgusting. I hope no one buys the pastries.

Great stop when in WNY. It’s a hybrid between Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts

The staff is very friendly and the peanut butter cookies are very good 😊👍

Friendly but far undersized. No fountain drinks and very limited options. It is a Tim Horton’s, but not one of the top tier. Overpriced.

Handful of pleasant employees but this particular location is a disaster. They are either short staffed, untrained, out of supplies, or the equipment is broken. This means you will likely wait a long time, not be able to order what you want, and it might be wrong once you finally do get it.

Your manager shannon was talking down on another employee I was angry about how she was speaking to her saying god dont you learn are you 2 years old you dont listen I dont think your training policy tells you to talk down upon employees like that I feel bad for the other lady she was trying to help also another emplyee was shaking his head no because of how mean she was to her if I had that experience I would not work for your company please teach your manager how to talk to other employees this happened 02/26/2020 time was 8:15 am

Always mess up simple order

Employees are nice, but none of the drinks are ever made right. They use the wrong flavoring whenever I order a vanilla latte (whatever they use has no sweetener), and they don't seem to know that they have a white mocha latte in their own menu (they always refer to it as a normal mocha latte and it doesn't taste right).I come back every week or so because my boys are in the NICU and am hoping they've gotten their act together, but it is a fruitless affair at this point.Basically, don't order any of their espresso drinks. It's more likely than not that they will mess it up and be horribly inconsistent.

It's SO CUUTTE IN THERE

Fast quick service on day shift amazing crew. Lines are very long at times and they whip you right through. Great job!
