Tim Hortons

This place has went downhill quick fast and in a hurry. The last 3 times I’ve been there they did not have donuts. Only coffee which was terrible by the way. I literally had to go somewhere else to get donuts. I don’t know what’s going on but wish they would get it together.

Service in the am is awesome..after 2 pm..not so much

I have came here every single week to hope if they have any thing, and nothing always the same that they don’t have this or even if a ask them for an other item on the menu noting as well and also super bad customer Service.

If I could give this Tim Hortons no stars I would, The service is absolutely horrible the ice Capp machine never works you wait in line for 25 minutes just for you to get to the window and them tell you the icecap machine is not working today oh we’re out of that today or we don’t have that today oh they didn’t know to tell you when you ordered blah blah blah By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to!!!! The employees just walk around on their phone with her headphones and listening to music and eating food and clearly not doing what the are paid to do Smfh GET IT TOGETHER

I wish the food here was good because it's right next to my house but the food I keep getting here is terrible. My husband got a cresant sandwich 2 times in a row and thw dough is raw. It's ridiculous. Not the only reason you shouldn't come here. Flying his way slower than everywhere else and overall quality is worse than most other Tim Hortons. Just avoid this place please.

Sat in the back of the drive thru line for over 5 min without moving at approx 1030a. Single lane drive thru and cars behind me. Lucky me, the people behind me in line were just as frustrated and decided to back out of the line and go elsewhere. As did I. Surprisingly enough, my McDonald's was 5 stars.

They never have everything that I order. Always out of eggs or turkey, or something. I called about a cold sandwich I received and the lady argued with me about why it was cold. When regardless it shouldn’t have been cold. I live about 3 min away but I drive to the Hilliard location just to get better food and better service.

Don't bother going here on the weekend. Ordered two sandwiches. After waiting ten minutes, neither were right... Glad the week day people are a little more focused, at least.

Waited 5 minutes for service and walked out. After I saw how dirty the food prep station was I was only ordering a coffee anyway. Needs new management or owner and management for sure.

Use to get coffee here daily, they have the longest waiting line for the drive thru I have ever been to and I get pieces of hashbrowns in my black coffee this morning. I didnt order any hashbrowns either. Worst 1 in Columbus

Nice place off the highway, drive through usually takes a little longer, but that's mostly all the Tim Hortons. Not as fancy as Starbucks but if you are out to save some money on them fancy drinks then this is the place for that. They have the same drinks as Starbucks, lol. The box of doughnut bites is pretty awesome. If you want more fancy doughnuts then go a little further down the road to Dunkin Donuts. It's as good as you make it.

Ordered a bacon egg n cheese wrap. It was good. However, if you want Timbits in the evening...good luck.
