I tried the sausage, egg, and cheese on French toast breakfast sandwich. The "French toast" was premade, sitting in a stack in the open. Not a great start. But, then again, there was a rack with partial trays of donuts sitting without any covering at all behind the cashier. Perhaps, this is standard procedure these days. I know that I breath the dust and whatever other "stuff" may be in the air, but there is just something about it accumulating on my food, especially when it's out in front with all the staff walking back and forth past it as they take and fill orders. The sausage in my sandwich looked like it was steamed not fried, but it didn't taste bad. My friend ordered the bacon and cheese omelet bites. They come two in a pack. One had no bacon at all and the other had only a very few small bacon bits. He never did find the advertised cheese. From now on, I think I'll stay with what Tim Hortons does best †the bagels, the donuts, and the coffee.
