Had an egg and cheese biscuit. Tasty but the biscuit was dry.

Went they drive they again only this time I waited until I got at the window and asked for the sleeve on my coffee. They handed my a hot cup of coffee and the sleeve on the lid. - this is the fourth time I’ve gone thru this window and asked before and during and they don’t put a sleeve on the cup. Tim Horton’s has had to clean my interior due to coffee spillage and I’m not wanting another incident. Why is it so difficult- in the meantime a lady came to the window with he hands folded if you ask at the menu will put it on for you , “ lady I’m just now explaining to you it doesn’t happen, so why is your employee handing me a hot cup of coffee with the sleeve on the lid†. Not logical! Think a call to corporate will help I don’t know. If you ask at the window or at the drive in menu what difference does it make. Shameful
