Cashier was awful taking my order I waited patiently ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two donuts the donuts were very fresh but one bite into a sandwich and realized both English muffins were burned to a crisp too far away to return also why does everything have to have a separate bag gimme a break!!!

Long waits, constantly runs out of ice, dirty parking lot. Even though this location is most convenient for me I will never go back.

This Timmy Ho's is ok. Who knows if the crew is even the same upon you reading this, but as of Jun 2019 they have picked up speed in the mornings and has been quality as of lately.

I was there on a Wednesday at approximately 7 pm as a walk-in. Not busy at all. Nice and clean. Staff were nice and very quick service.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Buffalo. The workers are very very rude 😡. I will never buy another coffee here.

RUDEST STAFF!!! Wouldn't give my place this business my how we were treated in the drive-thru.

Be careful if you go here ... they slip stuff into your coffee !!! Then they laugh about it. Plus there was a cockroach crawling on the counter by the sugar.

Very friendly staff . seriously the tim shake was the best of my life. Chocolate an Oreo highly recommend . Tried calling to tell them great job but no answer . Great job seneca. An Bailey .

So I decided to get a apple cider supreme...sat there at the window for about five minutes. This is key because there was no one around and two people on staff....and I arrive at my destination (because drinking hot liquids and driving at night is dangerous) only to discover they only gave me hot water and whipped cream. I tried calling but clearly they only had 20 mins til close so I guess they aren't talking to anyone.

The server was friendly. But the food here was expensive as compared to other Tim Hortons Cafes. On top of that they do not even accept gift cards.

Great place. Chelsea is so nice to everyone. ;) Well staffed and one of the better locations. I go here all the time. Tesla location on the other hand is terrible.

The food was bad the service even worst

Horrible customer service coffee was not made properly sandwiches were cold and hard. Then when they needed to correct it they acted like they were doing us a favor. I am a consistant Tim Hortons customer but I wouldn't suggest this one.
