Tim Hortons

Ordered 3 coffees, all of them were made wrong and the coffee wasn’t fresh. One was suppose to be black coffee and instead got one with a bunch of cream and sugar. It’s not that hard to read a screen and make what the screen says.

Worst store ever iced capp is always broke when it's not it's never the same always out of something. Always let down.

I would like to give lower star but it will not let me i drive a truck and they refused service BC my truck will not fit in the drive thru the dinning room is closed BC of coved 19 and they will not serve a truck driver unless you truck fits in the drive thru i ordered my food online and they still refused to serve me I called the corporate office and the manager said that they do not have to listen to their corporate office

Not that great of a place very expensive high-priced people who work there do not know what Donuts are I asked for certain donut and they say Oh you mean this I tell him what I meant that kind of a donut I would have asked for that one they don't know what this marks are or cream filled they do not know what stick Donuts are all I know is what the rubber wallpaper paste rubber inner tube tire Donuts are everybody says is the best but it's the best garbage if you ask me

This place wasnt up to par. We asked for cream filled asked for custard filled they said they had 2 cream and no custard. Get home both were custard. Donuts were stale. You figured they would do better since the diner room is closed. Nope. Won't return. Jolly pirates is just down the street so that's where we will be going

This Tim Hortons is way behind on times, compared to the others. They don't ever make their food correctly. Never make coffee correctly. Every time we go there, it's a bad experience. Gave them step by step instructions and it's still all wrong. Zero stars! Drive the extra quarter mile to Franklinton Square. Their food and coffee is always perfect!

I have been going to this tim hortons for over a year now almost every morning well over the year the staff has become lazy and very rude to the customers also they never have donuts made and did not even know they had promotions going on. Do not know how to ring up coupons for discounts. And they also pick and choose when they want to stop making donuts 2 hours before close I am very unsatisfied with services.

Staff are not pleasant... Food is haphazardly displayed and made it appears...Not very impressed. Maybe caught them on a bad day... Better luck next time guys!

Dont want to give them one star would rather give them 0. They were supposed to be doing free lunches for kids, Mon-Fri 11-1 due to the virus and kids not being able to eat lunch at school. So i went, the lady had an attitude didnt want to give us the lunches, said there was a limit 2 per car. I have 3 kids. Then .. Another lady comes and tells me there is no bread for the sandwiches. I drove the extra minute down central and broad, and they had NO problem making the lunches for the kids. Dont go here. Go to the central and broad Tim Hortons. Way better & really sweet employees.

Every time I go to this location they are out of what I order. My coffee is NEVER right nor hot. This used to be my favorite place to go to but now I will go completely out of my way to go to a better Tim Horton's. They are also very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't even give this a 1 star.

Really nice people they don't have a ton of donuts selections especially filled donuts but other than that they are really good

Love Tim Hortons? Don't go to this one. Staff is always cracked out. If you ask for anything they can't pull out of a case they actually say "fine, I'll make it". This one just needs to be bulldozed. Take the extra time to go to the one on Wilson Rd.

Since their staff has changed from when they first opened they have gone down hill. There are only 2 staff members (t who are absolutely amazing) that don't mess up my order and all I get is 1-2 coffees with cream in it about 3 times a day! It's ridiculous!
