Really good place for breakfast and coffee

Awful. I've given this location many tries and I'm officially not going back. My order is either never right or they give me less than okay food such as in this photo.

How do I start I shop here a few time first time I order a # 6 with large coffee 2 cream with 4 sugar ,I got to window and pay I was handed large coffee I remine waiting for my #6 guy said to me can I help you with something I say my number #6 he said that all she put in as my order I drove off got home think we'll lease I have my coffee guess what no sugar or cream 😡 my feeling at the time.there are other time don't feel like getting any more angry over all bad experience here .but when the coffee is serve right mmmmm its good

Need one of these places out in California, it would boom there, and would take over the dunkin donuts plac, I think.!!

Um...I ordered a cream cheese bagel to go and the cream cheese was almost non-existent. It was applied as if it were butter. (For those who remember, a shot from the past: "Where's the beef!") : )

Two insights from our trip here this am...and probably related in some way or another to the virus shutdown.1. "One coupon" per guest has been extended by the business to one coupon per car. The problem with that is some customers may car-pool and while there is one car, there may be 2-3 guests present. This was a bit annoying.2. To request "double the cream and sugar on the side" does not equal 2 creams and 10 sugars for a large coffee. This was more annoying and makes the location as a place to avoid until the shutdown is lifted.

I went there today at 3:30pm. Was greeted at the drive thru speaker by "go ahead with your order", I finished my order, waited... No response.. About 30 seconds later i hear "pull to the window". Paid and waited for my drink and wrap. The employees said nothing to me. I waited 10 minutes for a wrap, the young man who handed it to me had gloves on and didn't look at me or say anything to me. Where is the customer service??

I went to order a plain bagel etc at 8:30 am. And was told sold out . Horton has a title called Bakery in its logo does the manager not know . Also the location is always dark and shades down you wonder if they really care to be open and have a JOB.. Yikes.

Star what? This is my all-time coffee shop. The coffee is consistent from location to location. I always get dark roast which isn't the most popular so it is not always hot... They always make a fresh pot for me.

Friendly staff and the food is consistently good.

Team members on duty were friendly,attentive,order correct. They were nice enough to give my dog 2 plain timbits, it was a kind gesture to care

Absolutely love this place. The carmel/fudge ice capp is to die for. I'm addicted.
