Terrible experience. I order an ice cap and my husband ordered a med coffee. At first he said the ice cap machine was broke then he went in the back and said it was working. We paid. He then said machine was broken and he had to refund me, they then made my husband 2 coffees and insisted that's what he ordered (and apparently paid for) in a very argumentative manner, which we just took both coffees and left.

Would not be eating from this Tim Hortons the donut case was loaded with donuts and flies and they're also flies in the food prep area however the coffee was pretty decent
