Tim Hortons

This is like the 30th time I have sent my helpers to this location for coffee a bagels and it is the 28th time that they wasted my money by putting cream cheese on my bagel . the employees here must one like wasting the owners money by giving away free cream cheese and time because they have to go through an extra step to screw up the order . and I'm stopping for good going here . I used to go myself and go in so the manager would make my bagel because he didn't want it messed up . and it's a shame for them since I would spend $20 a day here . and it really has to say something when I really don't like to make reviews but this I just had too.

Good coffee and bakery!

Ordered a medium double double and a medium 7 milks. Ended up getting a medium double double and a 1 milk 7 sugars. Initially opened the lid and said wanted 7 milks which they did but by the time I drank the coffee was too far to back and tell them. They should pay more attention to details. Ended up making a proper coffee at hime

Bathroom less than clean. Service ok, I got what I ordered. Close to downtown so it is much traveled destination.

Nasty nasty nasty people honestly one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. The manager is just as bad as the rest of them. Don’t waste your money with this place.

Don't go to this Tim Hortons. Took 5 minutes for them to understand what I was ordering despite me pointing to the menu and stating the meal word for word. Then they didn't have one thing in the combo that was pictures on the menu. Then they couldn't make change for my cash payment. It took 3 people to complete my order. We finally get the food. My breakfast wrap has bacon instead of sausage despite me uttering sausage no less than 4 times My wife ordered a coffee and got a hit chocolate. Our bagel had a cm of cream cheese on it. Really bad experience. Definition of incompetence.
