Coffee is never stale here.

The people are slow... I think mentally as well as physically!!! Takes up half of my lunch waiting on one thing and then they give my order to someone else as well as throw out my full hot cup of coffee I brought in with me while waiting in line for my food! Worst place to eat and wouldnt even go there if it wasn't the only place close to my work!!!!

I usually only get coffee here and it's almost always perfect. There's always going to someone, at any given location that just puts the cream and sugar in that doesn't stir it. 99% of the time, my coffee is perfect. The flavored iced teas on the other hand, maybe 5% of the time perfect, if you're lucky. Every Tim Hortons needs proper training on how to make the flavored iced teas and the prices for them. It's ridiculous that any location I go to, for the same exact order daily, I'm charged $3.68, $3.78, $3.89, $4.00 and even $4.29 one time. They are on the menu and I should be charged the correct price, not different prices, every single time. And how does tea sound like coffee? Most of the time, one or both has coffee in it, they know they put coffee in but they don't correct until you bring it back. 3 stars only because of the constant tea issues.

Management plain out sucks, employees always think they’re better than everyone who comes in. They don’t know how to make food correctly and when you get upset about mistakes made more than once; the customers is surely always to blame. Recommend taking your service elsewhere to another Tim Hortons

This is a more modern Times Hortons. The service was decent; this service is expected at all Tim Hortons. The coffee was identical to other Tim Hortons I've been at. Their NFC Payment system had some issues with Samsung Pay. The view was nothing special except that it is across from a Tesla® battery factory. That's about the only unique thing about this location.

This is the worst place ive ever gone too. I asked for the mocha latte and my mom asked for extra sweet.The lady said," do you mean like... With sugar?" So my mom said yes when I got it it had NO SUGAR and it was disgusting

I don't know what their coffee tastes like but there are other drinks are awesome and their donuts are awesome

If y'all could just stir the coffee it would be wonderful and why do you sell breakfast sandwiches all day but not hash browns

Went to Tim Horton's on South Park. Robyn is very helpful, always smiling. Seems to be our go to place for coffee after church.

Black lady is the only one that smiles! Love her! Rest of the employees hate their life!!!!!Be careful and pay attention if you are considering this location. They get everything wrong and theyre miserable. Seneca and Bailey is a MUCH better alternative.

When this Tim Hortons 1st opened, you COULD NOT get a better coffee ANYWHERE else. Now it's gone to pot. Coffee always tastes watered down not enough creamer in it. If you live in the south Buffalo area the 2 best Time Hortons are the 1 on corner of Seneca & Bailey or the 1 on Potter road. That's how this one USED to make them. Now I literally wake up 10mins early to drive to the Potter Rd one. I gave this Tims lm rating like 5 chances, no difference. Only time it was good was when it 1st opened

I normally don't post a review for a fast food place, but the service was so lousy, I felt compelled to. I waited over 20 minutes just for a turkey sandwich, a smoothie and some chips. Nothing mentioned by the employees about the long wait. Never going to this location again!

Worst Tim Hortons, bathrooms need attention and twice I have left after a long wait, nobody watching the front counter.

I love the blueberry muffins and the donuts are nice and fresh
