The person who took my order was wonderful. However, the store manager was busy yelling at an employee loud enough to make me decide to take coffee and food to car. Clean place, friendly employees, but a manager that should spend some time with HR. Seating area was spotless probably because no one wants to listen to him throw a tantrum like a toddler with full diaper and half a cookie lost to smart pet. Oh, try the Oreo donut. Its delicious but get it to go.

So rude, poor service

The service is poor💩💩💩... Too many times returning the food.. communications issues with cashiers.. With pointing to the food item. To order... Just to make sure i get what i want.... They need BETTER training on Custer service skills with communicating with customers.. When they got the order wrong.. Dont pop an attitude.. Just correct the order.. Its paid for...

Timbits and hot french vanilla! Tasted decent enough to wanna return!

Good service Shazia is great

20/25 minutes in drive thru with 3 cars in front of me and only 2 had placed their order. Window worker sounded like he was a new employee. Unfortunately, he was left by himself. He didn't make my Caramel Machiato Latte someone else did and it was disgusting. It didn't taste like a CML, it tasted like they had used coffee that was sitting there a long time. Yuck! I tried calling to complain, no one picked up. I called customer service and they said manager from that location would call me. 24 hours later, haven't heard from them yet.

Hours on google are completely wrong. Employee was leaving the store and said “don’t know why you’re sitting there, we closed at 10”

Honest wouldn't recommend this Tim hortons to anyone except 50/50 on the coffee

Need employees that speak clear English and then they forgot to make our order

So totally fed up and disgusted with this location. Staff is rude. The manager man is absolutely the rudest unfriendliest person. Food is mediocre. I come here often unfortunately due to convenience of home and work and most often my coffee order is incorrect. I have literally stood inside and watch them make it however they want, disregarding the order requested despite there being no lines or wait. I'm totally fed up and will NEVER spend another cent at this location

The place is neat. I was meeting someone there, so I didn't buy nothing. But it looks great

Filthy. Nothing prepared. Will never stop at that location again.

I was given a hard time returning a sandwich because the meat didn't taste right. I would not buy food here. I feel they are serving old meat.
