Service is good, but washroom door is always locked, I have to ask for the key.

Great speedy service sometimes messes up the breakfast wraps.

First of all, the service is not too good. I did not like the way the cashier assisted me. She was not nice at all. I know its a hard day for everyone but you cant show that to your customers. Second, they got my order wrong. I ordered a small black coffee, they gave me a medium sized coffee. And lastly, the way they looked at me. Its like they are blaming me for the wrong order when I specifically ordered the coffee right next to their ears.

Trash. Person there could barely understand what I was saying and I asked for a Cappuccino this was what I got. A half empty cup and not even the decency to apologize. Never going back there. If possible I’ll give zero stars

I love Tim Hortons in general, that is why I am quite disappointed to see locations where service is so awful, like in this one. I have usually be there in the 9pm-1030pm timeslot. Service is slow and employees are sometimes downright incompetent.

Good service and nice food but not very hot. On a winter day hot food would really sink the heart.a bit crowded at times which would be really disheartening for families who would love to dine in

Extremely understaffed for the size of this place. Some staff are not knowledgeable on Tim’s service, I asked for a replacement of a mocha from another Tim’s that I barely touched because it tasted like watery coffee and I was told there was no replacement. When I received the mocha it tasted like the previous one. I guess no ones hot choco machine is working now. Also 10/10 very stocked

Dear GOD the establishment is nice, but the washrooms are HORRENDOUS!! There is NO TOILET SEAT in the ladies room. There are blue lights in the washrooms to deter the heroine users from shooting up. My boyfriend told me there were needles, empty baggies, and tie offs in the men's room. If you can avoid using the washrooms I would maybe give this place 2-3 stars, but the bathroom scared me MORE than the alleyway around the corner.

Nice cafe with lot of coffe varieties. Its one of the best coffee place in Canada with affordable price.

I go to this Tim's pretty frequently, and they are pretty on top of their game. There are a couple of regular staff who really know what they're doing (and they've memorized my order, hmmm maybe I should be less predictable??), and they seem to pass on their knowledge well. It flows quickly even during bigger rushes. I'm not giving it a perfect 5/5 because there have been a couple of occasions where my order has been incorrect or slipped through the cracks and I've had a long wait, nobody's perfect, but it's definitely one of the better ones in the city.

don't go after 10 pm , no toilette even for customer who just buy a coffee . if you ask why ? tow young guys works there gonna answer you : this is our owner order . they said that they have not even the keys!!!! if you ask them the name of them owner they gonna said : go in the morning to meet him !! i ask them you guys for get me as a customer who just want to use his right to use the washroom , so how about you ? aren't you a humans and needs a washroom?? no answer but : go see the owner...!!!!i ask them why don't put a sign up on the door or some thing to tell customers that you close washroom after 10 pm??? i stand beside the cash about 10 minutes before they ask me what i want !!!!!the restaurant was plain of homeless guys and not clean .how a customer pay you money to buy his coffee and he was really need the washroom and you refuse and insistent that your boss want closed after 10 pm????? how you go to the washroom when you need???

How can you sell coffee and manage to get so discusting

Try strawberry banana or other smoothie here, they taste os good for the new ones
