Tim Hortons

Asked for a tea they said they didn't have any ready. Asked for a bottle of water instead and gave me hot water inside a coffee cup. Pathetic.

Went there at 9:30pm, all lights on no closed sign anywhere, waited in drive thru for 10 mins because Google says they're open until 10pm today (Thursday night). Nobody home..

Hot bean water.....it's great though

I just went through the drive thru at this location and was very grateful I only had butter on my bagel so I was able to spot the dead flying ant imbedded into the bagel. I am so disgusted and hungry. Absolutely unacceptable. Contacted the chain about it and was told to bring the bagel back but I had already left. Terrible customer service.

The coffee is good but there were out of donuts during the day and i was left hanging except that it was good.

Took over 10 minutes to get my coffee and i was in the restaurant waiting. This location is very unorganized and seems to keep their attention mostly on drive thru orders.

This is a small drive through Tim Hortons. You can also walk in, although I don't believe there's much, if any, seating. Great service, but limited selection. It can get busy here during peak coffee hours.

Customer service lacking

I come here often as its the closest to my work. Its hit and miss whether or not the associate know what im ordering. Last week I knew i was at 7 points on my points card, therefore a free drink. They claimed the points AND charged me for my drink. Today, they took my order of a london fog. The person at the drive through sounded confused. They handed me a coffee..

Just a drive through, not sure full location

Came three seperate times on sundays at 7:55 even at 7:50 and they tell me they're closed. Stop closing early and wasting other peoples times to save yourselves a few minutes. Your store advertises closing time at 8 that means you have to stay open until then. Change your policies your hours or your staff
