coffee tastes burnt and has grinds but the hot chocolate is amazing

I absolutely love their paninis and their hot chocolate. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissants could be better if the eggs were fried, but still good.

Love Tim Horton! Only gripe is trying to get in on game day. It gets crowded fast and the outside doors are locked

Girl misrepresented the sizes for the ice cream. Someone must have changed the sizes of the ice cream containers and when the girl told us which was small, medium and large she did not look. We were confused but believed what the girl said. When we received the ice cream it was in the "helmet". We did not want the helmet.........

My ten count of timbits only had 8 timbits and staff was less than customer friendly focused. Not impressed. 😕

Open during Lehigh Valley Phantoms game. Great for hot drinks & something sweet. Cheaper drink selection than on the concourse.

Excellent coffee as always, right downtown but don't expect to buy the collector cups there.

I go here frequently as it is convenient for work, but wish there were somewhere else as convenient. The coffee isnt great, but it does the job of waking me up. When I forget to bring lunch/breakfast and dont have time to stop elsewhere I will grab something here. It usually tastes decent, however almost every time I end up with something different from what I ordered - even when I'm the only one in the shop. Shame on me for not opening my bag and checking every single time.

I love Tim's. Just wish there were more around the area.
