Looks like a homemade version of McDonalds order machine

The employees at the drive around 9-9:30pm are always extremely rude and make it seem like they hate thier job never say hello or smile and even tho it's dead their always in a big rush to take your order and get it over with. &They take 15 minutes to give you coffee that was made 3 hours ago because thier too busy talking with eachother

I dropped into this location to grab a quick coffee & bagel and spent15 minutes waiting for my bagel which was not toasted as requested. The staff seems disinterested and not at all engaged with the public - I’m lead to believe there are several HR issues impacting staff and management . One thing is for sure - the whole dynamic of this franchise has very much flattened out

Excellent service very friendly cashier and fast service. The only thing I noticed was that the washrooms could have been cleaner

Worst tim Horton ever I have orders a few times and never have they got my order right. Bunch of old and young slackers who make what they find convenient and not what they people ordered.

The service is always very fast. Drive through accessible as well. Plenty of seating space inside. A little low on the parking space however.

Most of the staff here are nice but every time I'm here, there's a plethora of flies all over the place... But I've always tried to ignore it. Sometimes I find that my cup is dirty but I still buy coffee and the occasional snacks. Today I went in, asked for a cup of water and the woman said: "I can't give you a cup of water if you don't buy something". To which I replied "I think that's against the law to refuse someone a cup of tap water" But you can charge for the cup. She was shocked by my statement and gave me the water mmm... So when you spend hundreds yearly at a place and you ask for free tap water, you're no longer a customer... I'm sure this isn't Tim Hortons policy but staff needs training.

Well a Tim hortons is a Tim hortons. You know what to expect when you go there. Minimum wage employees, people who doesn't care about their customers, the orders are frequently wrong (I went about a week ago and I asked for a cheese bagel with only butter on it with a hot chocolate. They gave me a coffee with a croissant). The food is good and you dont stay there long enough to enjoy the interior so it's a basic fast food joint

Worst Timmys ever... Everytime I have ordered food they messed it up.. they take WAAAAY too long just to make a coffee... staff are rude, and today to tpp it all off.. my coffee was barely warm. Fed up with this place and will start getting my coffee at the gas station down the road.

Stopped going to this tim hortons cause i never seem to get the right order and serving time is usually sliw for the staff number they are

So, we went there and bought 2 beyond burgers and they put eggs instead of the beyond patties, and double toasted bagel with cream cheese that was lightly toasted and uncut. We went to get them replaced and the manager gave us the excuse that they were short staffed and that mistakes happens. There were a dozen employee on the floor and the manager was sitting in the office. We started waiting for replacements and the girl at the sandwich bar told us it would be an extra 10 mins as they didn't cook the Beyond patties yet. It was 12h45, they should have been ready way earlier.Plus the employee at the drive-thru window was impolite, blurting "J'peux prendre vot' commande" as he was trying to win a race.This Tim used to be so good, now they have crap service and employees who don't care.
