I was here two days ago. I was ordering a few drinks with a trainee (I asked if she was a trainee and she said yes), she was new so she was taking her time. I was fine with waiting, I was in no rush. But due to her being new, she had to ask for help from one of the managers/supervisors (Sadia, is what I'm pretty sure her name tag said). When trying to ask, the manager rolled her eyes at the trainee and seemed overall very disrespectful to her, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially because it's not easy to be new and work during a busy time. The drinks were made fine, and the trainee did a great job, but I didn't appreciate the attitude that the manager had.

This is a crowded location and the staff aren’t professional at all. Although I had to repeat my order twice and check it on the POS screen and my invoice yet I received it totally wrong.The lady who took my order came to my table and apologized and gave me two free coffee coupons.

They no longer have a Coldstone Creamery!! Tims like any other but people are great - very friendly :)

The washrooms are in terrible condition. At this time t serious concerns of virus spreads, the washrooms sinks do not provide proper water flow. I am concerned about the handwashing practices of Tim Hortons and Wendy's employees at this location. How would they wash hands properly if the tap only produces droplets and they are in a rush. Concerned about the food contamination and hygiene issues. Please improve before people get sick.

I just ordered from this Tim’s and have never been so disappointed. First I had to wait 15 mins for potato wedges When it wasn’t even busy and they were rock solid when I bit into them. They had who looked like a 14 year old working making the food. Short staffed and the food tasted gross.

Awesome they brought the food right out to us during covid, as we could not fit threw the drive threw.

Drive thru was very quick and accurate at 7:40 am.

Tim Hortons Trafalgar location and Glen Ashton. horrible horrible horrible. I walked in to buy 6 donuts of one flavour and she would not let me as they were a new donut out.how pathetic is that.

Nice normal coffee ( black or cream and sugar) really bad expresso, good bagels and sandwiches

Very Clean. Dining room open 24 hours. No pastries though... but I suppose cant expect fresh donuts at 3 am. Lol

I had a very nice experience there. One of the staff (south Asian guy with long hair, and supper skinny) messed up my orders. But he quickly fixed it and apologized to me. It was understandable.. they were busy.

Fast service. Hot coffee. Cold food. Dont expect your breakfast sandwich to be toasted or warmed properly.And make sure you go inside to ensure the supervisor does not drop your food and still try to hand it to you. Never seen any of the other staff try this, just the one supervisor.
