I love the week crew. They are polite, fast and apologize when things are wrong and fix it no questions asked. However things at this location are wrong a lot, and it gets even worse with the weekend crew. The lines are way longer, the food's wrong even more, and the staff is extremely rude. This morning I waited in line for close to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to have my order wrong. When I went inside to have it corrected one of the employees played the blame game and the lady who fixed my food was giving me a dirty look and attitude the whole time. She even said something snarky to her coworker about "here just give it to her."I live right down the road, I come here all the time, and am nice even when the foods wrong. But today actions not only upset me but also made me miss an appointment.The weekend crew needs to take notes from the week crew, especially the nice gentleman whose at the drive through window every Monday-Friday.

Amazing but 2 sugars isn't always 2 sugars.. if you know what I mean. Sometimes it's 4 sugars or none.

Waited over 15 minutes for my lunch. The lunch menu wasn't showing up at the drive thru. Then got my order wrong and gave me a chicken wrap instead of steak. My "quick" stop during my Home Depot run turned into a nightmare. Won't be going back to this one.

Not so good!! The server never gave me my senior discount. At 76 years old I'm sure she knew I deserved it Too bad I should have to ask for itWith a large company it should be a given.

Friendliest staff, always tries to get you through drive thru ASAP.

I stopped at Tim Horton, 493 W Twelve Mile Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071, to get my large coffee as I always do then at the window I got my coffee without a sleeve I asked the lady for a sleeve for my coffee so she handed me the sleeve but I asked her nicely to put it on since I had my gloves on my hands then she shocked me with her rude respond It was you could do It yourself your hands are not broken move out of the drive thru. I got upset I parked my car in the parking spot and I went inside talk to the manger and It turned out to be she was the manger I said how do you talk to your customers the way you did to me and again her respond was because you could do It yourself your hands are not broken now get out hear, so I had to leave without causing any trouble I did not appreciate the way I was mistreated and If this is the way Tim Horton trains their workers then I will never go back to any Tim Horton.

I have been here 4 times, ordered a triple triple each time, and there is barely any sugar in it. Today no sleeve. Employees at drive thru just want to joke with themselves. Poor professionalism, I gave this location a shot, but am going back to my 12 n Mound Tims! Avoid this place.

This one is a 24 hour one (some have been closing early ): ). They get busy but they are quick. A slowdown is more likely because of a customer changing something. They do fix it quickly and go back on track. Food is good. They sell Pepsi products They have Peppermint tea, among othets, but no honey; I like honey when I am not feeling well. Easy in and out of parking lot. They are by a light so you can make a left between resturant and gas station (or you can go straight; to Home Depot or Lowes or go further and come out next to Texas Roadhouse at a light for John R rd.). This restaurant is close by I-75 ramps, for easy access if you choose.

Waited inside the store for more than 12 minutes , no one even ask for order or anything. Not welcoming at all. Please avoid this store. They only entertaining drive through customers.
