I just bought an ice capped supreme this morning. After consuming it I found a red capped item in my cup. Gross. Called manager and he said it is not contaminated since it is inside the bag! (It’s the icing cap)I called Westerville city who then told me to call Delaware county who then told me to call franklin county health dept. it took 4 people to tell me the correct number (I think). Then, when they gave me the “correct number†it was a recording. I would rate this place a negative 10!. Beware. I hope not to get sick. Utterly gross and will never get anything from this place.

Best manager around. Food is always great and it's always quick! Make sure you go inside and meet the manager who usually runs front counter! He is awesome.

This store is close to my home. I've used them for years. But in the last year the quality has dropped off. I've been given soggy donuts and weak coffeewater. I go to different stores for quality now. 😓
