Tim Hortons

When I go here, everyone is very friendly and patient.

Service lately has been bad. The tim card machine doesn't work most mornings. Have been disappointed needs improvement.

Went inside because drive through line was long. It’s small inside which is fine but took 20 min before anyone took my order. When I was ordering the staff would say “anything else” faster than she could punch in so I kept having to repeat the combo orders so ordering also took a while. It would be helpful to listen To each part of the order and punch in before asking if there is more.

limited menu, or runs out of stuff, several times the ice cap tasted sour like the machine was over due for a cleaning. And on many trip the staff seemed so grumpy and annoyed. doesn't make for a great experience

We just grabbed some coffee and muffins on our way home to Canada. Hadn't realized before that there was Tim Horton's in Fargo. I would say it's not as good as our TH in Morris, MB though.

Great coffee. Fast service and extremely nice staff.

Their staffing or the staff's training needs to improve but hey its Tim Hortons and I love it overall. Perhaps the size of their cappuccino should also increase, the largest offered is a medium

The coffee is always good, but beware ordering food - they are horrible at prepping and don't give a damn about the customer...I go there strictly for coffee now.
