That place looks like it can add more variety of donuts the barely have any raspberry or strawberries

Had ordered milkshake but they had a am issue with their machine so didn't get that. In turn ordered a hot chocolate and it was great. They ran out of cream while adding to my cup of hot chocolate. Just need to improve service.

First time at TH. The pumpkin coffee drink was better than SB and soooo much cheaper. Under 2 dollars for a small.

Tim Hortons have a long line in the morning from early commuters. The coffee is great. Two thumbs up.

Each time I go there, they mess up my order. The thing is, I only order coffee. My recent trip, ordered XL coffee, 2 cream, 2 sugar and a shot of hazelnut. Dude repeated the order and said 3 sugar. I said "No, just 2 sugar." Got to the window and the lady tries to hand me large coffee. Terrible...

Finally got to come here and try their donuts. Was good, however I would come in the early morning when everything is fresh. I will come back

Staff is very friendly but they have messed up my order before. I'm not one to complain so I drank my creamy coffee that was supposed to be black anyway. This is right by my work so very convenient to get to!

The employees did not have on gloves or masks and gave me the wrong order, I gave it back and noticed that the employees gathering and preparing the food had neither a mask on nor did they have gloves on. It was extremely disturbing to see that my favorite Tim Hortons did not provide sanitary working conditions. This needs to change, especially during a pandemic.

Store is dirty. Fingerprints on all the glass. Forget trying to get a job there. They will tell you that you're hired and then ignore you and then when you call to find out when you'll be starting they turn around and tell you you're not hired. At my interview, I watched a man come in and wait. No one said anything to him. He proceeded to use the bathroom and then came back out and still no one said anything to him. I offered to get someone but he left angry and said don't bother.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a vanilla latte, and what I got was all vanilla flavoring. When I asked politely if they could do anything about it they acted as if I just didn't know what a latte was and had ordered the wrong thing. They did fix my drink, but only did so because they had to and were completely rude about it. Staff, including management are a bunch of imbeciles with no social awareness or people skills. I love Tim Horton's, but I will never return to this location.
