I absolutely recommend BBB. I loved working with Arlene!! She was amazing and took the stress off of me. She listened and suggested things I could do in addition to what she was doing. The company did what we asked. Thank you Arlene and BBB !!! ♥️

Though I decided not to move forward with my complaint I sense the BBB would have provided good, timely service.When I filed the complaint the BBB began immediate correspondence with me; moreover, they took action and immediately contacted the company with which I filed the complaint The BBB promises to do that and they did. I then received an immediate response from the defending company. I was very pleased with the ease and timeliness of action that was provided by the BBB. I did not realize the BBB was non-profit. I am ready to support the them. The report that they offer education about the psychology of scammers and fraudsters. It would be awesome to have them come and provide education at my community association meeting.In closing, I don't think you will ever have to file a complaint with the BBB against the BBB. Kudos to everyone at the BBB.
