Tijuana Picnic hosts a variety of private events in our ground-floor Restaurant, Tico’s Downstairs Lounge, or a combination of the two. Whether you are looking for a cocktail reception with passed appetizers, or a seated dinner served family style, Tijuana Picnic has you covered. Come for the food, stay late for the Lounge. Enter our succulent filled windows facing Essex St, and you're in the room where it happens. With a 1970's Mexico City mid-century vibe, take a seat at our our Tijuana Picnic-Table down the middle of the room or your own booth, enjoy the custom wood work and colorful tiles on the walls on ceiling, and relax with some guacamole and a spicy margarita. Great also for daytime brunch parties and baby/wedding showers! Follow the iconic neon sign that reads, "ONE TEQUILA, TWO TEQUILA, THREE TEQUILLAAA, FLOOR!!!" downstairs, and you'll know you've made it to Ticos.
