This is the second time I have come to get cookies and this experience makes me never want to come back . First I tried to order online twice with no success, there were no directions given on why the time slot would not drop down. I got to the store located in Atl and I attempt to order cookies and was told they were not taking walk ins I needed to order online. I explained the trouble I had trying to order online and was given a number to call where I had to wait 10 min to place an order from a store I was already at . Then was told once I come back to pick them up call and they would bring them out , curious to see how long I have to wait on hold to get my cookies . Smh never again .

We are from out of town craving something sweet. Saw Tiiff's Treats online and decided to order. So so glad we did. Delivered to our, Hotel delivered!!, and the presentation was awesome. But the treats, Incredible!! Highly would recommend!

Love how soft and chewy Tiff’s treats cookies are. The snickerdoodle is one of my favorites.

I went here around 11pm for my sweet fixing and was not disappointed! They have a variety of cookies available in store as well as through their delivery, and you may even request to have them warm it up for you so it just melts in your mouth! I will be back

These cookies are a hit!! Our company consistently orders these cookies for meeting, holidays or company celebrations and the NEVER go to waste. They are soft and delivered warm with even the chocolate still melting the inside. These cookies taste fresh out the oven and made with love!! Keep up the good work Tiff's treats!

I ordered online to avoid the wait and the order still was not ready when I arrived and we had to wait an additional 10 mins after that. Not the type of customer service I expected. It would have been best if they had just told me that it would be late or offered to give me available now cookies instead. This really put me behind for the party.

The team at this location was so helpful and thoughtful with their service. All the staff were polite with speedy service 😊

Great service and variety but the cookies are just normal cookies that are served warm. Great tasting but no wow factor behind them! Overall sweet place to check out if in the area or for gifts!!>>> Response to owners comment below: the quality is excellent and the cookies and ingredients are fresh and everything they should be. Ordered a cookie delivery for my husband's birthday and he loved them. The cookies were warm and tasted delicious. I will definitely order from them again. We ordered the m&m and the chocolate chip pecan cookies
