I was there wanting to simply readjust my engagament ring. After waiting for 30 minutes, standing and nobody offering me even a glass of water nor telling me how long I still need to wait I left. This is no way to treat your clients, especially if you have the pretence of being a high class store.

After I met Mrs Rudloff, I like to go to Tiffany. She is super friendly and very professional. She speaks fluently English, German and Russian. If you need professional service ask for her.

Mentioned to buy a ring. They reacted quick and offered me an espresso. The service was friendly & good but the rest of the staff, its atmosphere, were not in a good mood.

Hello reservations open 30 days in advance. I am.in Australia and had to be online at 9am NYC time to book. Literally books out 2 minutes. Have Resy imformation all set up prior to booking. Saves time. Good luck.

First reservation from what I've seen is at 10am, the last at 4:30. That's just what I remember from when I made a reservation

No. Has to be brunch and it will cost you close to $100. It’s also almost impossible to make a reservation- they hold open one day at a time for minutes from 10A-4:30P. It constantly says full-

I sat waiting today and when the table showed as available the link didn’t work. Frustrated and angry doesn’t even come close

They do, it's on the Tiffany website, under the description of the blue box. You have to download and you'll see the full menu along with available drinks, like tea selection.

Apparently the blue box cafe has dessapointed some fans. This is because they suddenly started to do the reservation thing. My wife's birthday was last weekend and I could not find any table. The best thing you can do is turn on the notifications in Resy trough the app and in the web site. That's what i did. You have to be checking your email constantly. If you receive an email from them, call right away to make the reservation. That worked for me. Good luck.

Some of the reviews have to do with frustration at not being able to book the table at all. Having been there though, it's definitely a popular place due to the novelty of dining at Tiffany's. The place is also quite small so not too hard to book up. The food itself though was ok for the tea set though not the best value.
