Tian Jin Dumpling House

Very grungy location, and it's difficult to find (you have to go down into the basement of this mall thingy), but it has the best dumplings on this side of the Pacific. Try the spinach egg or the chives and pork and shrimp. Then buy a few bags of frozen dumplings to take home, and you'll have healthy yummy food for all those late nights when you don't wanna cook.

I would have to agree with everyone’s review that these dumplings are tasty. However, I had a terrible experience. This was my first and last time coming here. As I bit into the pork and chives dumplings there was a hair inside the filling which i had to pull half of it from my mouth *gags* and to make matters worse the guy next to me had a raw duck inside his soup which he threw out everything. If i could give this place a zero i would.

Real taste of TianJin. Plus its cheap as hell. Expeditious with quality... although its a bit oily but thats how it is in tianjin.
