Great beer and cocktail menu. Cool vibe. Menu 2as awesome. Enjoyed their charcuterie board. It wasn't typical meats and cheeses. And their brisket and slaw was fabulous.

Great place for craft beers and drinks. The food was amazing. We had a large party so I had the tuna poke bowl it’s super filling and yummy. Someone else got the Nashville chicken 🙌. The chops someone else got were cooked to perfection not dry. Others in our party got the burgers- everyone said they were delicious! Come hungry because the servings are large. Definitely a keeper!!

Outstanding food, atmosphere, and experience. This is one of Central Illinois finest dining experiences. The premises are modern and trendy. The atmosphere is classy and upscale without being pretentious or stuffy. Classy/casual if you will. The service is superb. Paul the bartender is excellent. Perfect personality for the position. Knows the menu backwards and forwards and he is attentive and personal to the right degree. The menu offerings are well chosen and the food is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about Thyme and can't say a single bad thing.

Phenomena selection of craft beers & good selection of higher end "bar food". We met my cousin & his wife for lunch just before noon on Monday & were able to be seated right away. Most of the tables had guests while we lunched. There were also several folks in to pick up take out orders. Plenty of available parking on street & in adjacent lot. Salmon salads & vegetarian tenderloin sandwiches were ordered & delivered quickly. No complaints from anyone about their choices. Great place for a quick bite or a leisure lunch. Recommended!
