Threshold Brewing and Blending

Just happened to be riding by & saw the open garage door. I like trying new places & meeting new people, this did not disappoint! Talked w one of the bartenders in between customers, very personable, he has a real knack for interacting w people. They had a Peruvian food truck guy there, took 2 dishes to go, was the bomb!! Everything you look for in a new place: nice people, great service, great drinks & food! I’ll be going back for sure!

Great beer, even better people.

Great beer! 12 taps - several IPAs, some lighter beers, some farmhouse, some dark. I usually order the 10oz pours affording my belly space to try several different brews. They also have a couple guest taps of cider, or whatever makes sense between batches of their own brews. Something you don't see everywhere - several barrel-aging beers that are in various stages of the process. No dinner food, but plenty of food pop-ups and a few munchie options. In this area, however, are plenty of restaurants, pizza joints and food carts to order-out from - menus behind the bar! Threshold is a great compliment to Montavilla Brew Works, who also has great beer but with a different style.

I have a few items I like to see when I try a new spot to drink at:Prices, cleanliness, parking, and selection.Threshold manages to nail all of them. Prices were phenomenal. I don't know if they were doing a promo for the grand opening but a pint for $5.5 of a craft brew? 5oz tasters at $2?Everything was extremely clean. Bathrooms included. And the selection was great. Stable-standby varieties to a wacky black currant Sichaun peppercorn guest tap to try.Parking surprisingly was not bad at all. Parked less than a block away with ease on a Saturday night.

Excited for Threshold to open! Their beer is going to win some golds!

Threshold is a fantastic new family owned brewery. I happened to find them via google maps and was very happy to find a wide selection of beers including IPAs, fruited beers, sours, stouts, and imperials (not to forget their guest cider). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and I happened to come in on a Friday where Kichana (local Peruvian popup/chef) was serving dinner, which was extremely flavorful and worth the trip unto itself. Definitely worth a visit!

This place has very unique kinds of beer in comparison with most of the local breweries. When I went in they had several high alcohol brews that were delicious, perfect for winter and more like dessert beer. (If thats even a thing) GREAT place for darker stronger brews. However, I was a fan of their Barrel aged Grisette, its an absolute winner. They are super kid friendly with a huge chalk board wall and toys. This might or might not be a deterrent for you so fair warning.

This place is great!! Good rich Stout and friendly service, the Roma coffee stout was just what I needed after a hectic day.

Great coffee stout, ROMA; That's what we drove a good distance to taste. I'd go back for that in a New York minute but will NOT return cause of lacking customer services (only one person working and I waited for unpleasant time while that person was chatting with other customer and not any personal acknowledgment). Happened twice. And then...not a customer receipt or explanation of total bill.

I got a taster tray and really liked all the beer. They have guest taps and serve wine and cider. They have snacks available and outside food is allowed. Minors are welcome. We will definitely be back
