Come here every Christmas time for a drink to celebrate.

Good atmosphere , staff , drinks and food.

The Thoroughbred Club at the Charleston Place in Charleston is a great lounge and bar area to catch a snack or drink. I really like the theme of horses and the vibe and atmosphere especially when the piano is going and there is music that can be heard throughout the place. There are many comfortable seating areas and different areas that stretch inside and outside that make it feel like several different lounges in one. The Thoroughbred Club is very laid back and place to gather either with friends or for a business meeting and serves either purpose very well. I have enjoyed every visit I have ever made to the Thoroughbred Club as the service and total experience has been special and memorable.

On a recommendation for she crab soup we wnet to location. Had to go to back, or front depending upon your vantage point. But keep looking. The she crab was soup was very good. Service was good, could be one more star, but was not there. But very good. The infield cocktail was refreshing. Cool butter.

The staff was very nice. The piano player was excellent. He really made the room. Nice selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. I little pricey, but that's kind of to be expected.

Great place for a drink and a nice meal. Staff is friendly and the food is wonderful. I am a huge fan of their "21" sliders and their chocolate ice cream is the best I have ever had, anywhere.
