Third Perk Coffeehouse & Wine Bar

Hosted a Game Night for Veteran women in the Dayton area. We had a really good time. The staff were awesome & helpful. My sister vets & new friends laughed, ate & fellowship. This is one of the best times I've had since returning to this area. Kudos Third Perk Coffeehouse.

I had the pleasure of attend an open mic event at 3rd Perk last week and it was a memorable experience. This was my first time at the physical location downtown, however I most definitely have utilized their express shop at the new Dayton Public Library on Philadelphia quite a few times.

It was our first time in this morning. My boyfriend had their chili and I got the house salad. Both were delicious. We will be back again. Thanks!

Stopped in after a 5k walk. The turkey sandwich was just what I needed. Asks I had a Fantastic Voyage coffee. It was strong and good. Staff was friendly and we walked around the interior checking out the art and decor while we waited for our food. Great, interesting atmosphere!

I had an espresso. Normal prices that you'd expect for an espresso (little under $3) and the quality was pretty good as well. It wasn't the best I've had, but certainly good quality. The shop is located in the ground floor of a taller building, it is fairly easy to miss from the street, unless you know what you're looking for.

The food was great and drinks were tasty and fresh. I love the atmosphere. You feel welcomed​ and not a pain as soon as you come in the door. Chill music playing throughout the structure but not loud enough for you to notice immediately or if talking to a friend or on the phone to hear it. They also support a local photographer and photos on the walls are priced. Clean floors and bathrooms. Prices were reasonable and the owner and staff were very hospitable. This is a great place for college students looking to study or de-stress from class. Perfect for a lunch date, evening coffee or glass of wine. I'm very introverted but love to go out to these kind of places. On my day to find solitude while being in public, 3rd Perk Coffeehouse and Wine Bar delivered​! I will be coming back!

Awesome little place. Super clean and fresh. Cool decor. Really nice people. I'll be swing back through next time I'm downtown. Parking is pretty easy considering it's downtown!

Love this place. The bombeck is the bomb! The service is always great.

Stopped in for lunch today. My husband said it was the best turkey sandwich he had ever had. I ditto that for the chicken salad. Outstanding. Great staff, great service and that awesome trendy neighborhood feel that is bringing folks back to downtown Dayton.

I was looking for a place to get out of the rain and do some work for a minute. This place is cute and run by friendly people. I had chicken salad and a glass of Cabernet—the perfect combo for that hint of cracked black pepper! Looks like a party was going on in the event room which was cool. Hardly ever write reviews, but I feel like this is the sort of little cafe I’ve been looking for since I started living downtown!

The signature coffees are superb, and the chicken salad and roast beef sandwiches are my absolute favorites.
