Chef Athiraj Phrasavath, with Issan Thai and Lao roots, brings to Montreal a one of a kind concept. Named after his favourite dish as a kid Thip Khao (Small Rice Bamboo Basket), but he pronounced "Thip Thip" , this concept is very dear to him and he wants Montrealers to discover the greatness of Laos and Northern Thai cuisine.

Delicious, like homemade cooking! Can not wait to try the rest of the menu. We had kua mee (fried noodles), tam mak hoong salad and beef jerky. It was excellent! Thanks again!
