We had a prix-fix lunch in their more formal Salon. Great food, incredible presentation, and wonderful service. We have lived in Tokyo for many years and splurge on a nice meal every 2-3 months, and our lunch was certainly one of the best we have had anywhere. Our server was very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly (but not overly so). Highly recommended.

We came with a lot of expectations after our first experience at the 2 stars Restaurant “Le sur mesure†in Paris, and my partner and I had a great time at the Bistro Marx in Ginza. We selected the •chef choice for dinner and it was wonderful, a lot of flavours, well balanced dishes and a Japanese focus on the details. Short list of wines but the essential is there. It was a nice surprise to be serve by one of my compatriot. Takashi was looking after as well and he is a legend. Ask him anything, he speaks 3 languages fluently and French like a “parisien†!I liked the atmosphere and the view on Ginza. We had a chance at the end to have a quick chat with the chef of the gastronomic restaurant and I hope next time to finally see Mr Marx.

By far one of the best restaurants we have been to in Tokyo. Food is a work of art and prices are not that expensive knowing that chef Thierry Marx holds two Michelin Stars.

Nice view and good French food. Petit portions and a little bit pricey. Balcony tables are definitely a must choice if you ever decide to try this restaurant.
